Abstract: The NCRP data consists of cadastral plots comprising boundary points, boundary lines, and parcel identifier numbers (PIN). The data also consists of existing surrounding utilities and natural features such as roads, footpaths, streams, rivers, drains, irrigation channels, power lines etc and structures (building footprints). The data is merged and operates under one Geodatabase for all 20 dzongkhags. There are a total of 8 datasets including a dataset for the state land layer.
Purpose: This data will facilitate improvement of the overall development plan which in turn will enhance the land value, ultimately improving the life standard of the people and creating social harmony.

Source description: Control point established by static GNSS observation using ground survey method
Process step:
Process description: The field surveys were conducted using Total Station (Leica and Trimble) and GNSS RTK (different brands). The data editing is done in LISCAD. The survey was carried out on local projection systems (Dzongkhag wise) which were later transformed to the National Projection System (Drukref03). The unit for area measurement is acres in rural areas and sq.ft for urban areas and for line its meters.
